The only thing that was tough for us was no AC but other than that it was great!

Hello Megan, Thank you for the positive review and your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay at my condo! I understand it was rather hot while you were in Edwards, but both very hot days and air conditioning is rare in the Valley, so although I won't be installing AC, I will be buying additional fans for the unit. If you stay again, since the condo is south-facing I recommend pulling the black out curtains and blinds during the heat of day which will help keep it cool during those handful of hot days. Tom
