Guests will have full private access to the entire townhouse during their stay, including all 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, balcony, Laundry Room and 4 dedicated parking spaces. Easy self check-in is available for a smooth arrival experience, and access details will be sent prior to check-in.

Guests can easily reach us through the Airbnb app during their stay for recommendations, questions, or assistance. We aim to respond quickly and make sure every guest has a smooth, comfortable 5-star experience from check-in to check-out. Local recommendations, dining spots, and helpful house tips will also be provided to help you enjoy your stay in the Central West End.

No smoking, vaping, inside the home. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in a deep-cleaning fee.

GUESTS & GATHERINGS
No parties, events, or large gatherings. Registered guests only unless approved in advance. Maximum occupancy must be followed. Unauthorized guests may be charged $50 per guest/night.

QUIET HOURS: 10 PM – 8 AM
Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level.

DAMAGES & CLEANING
Guests are responsible for excessive cleaning, damaged, stained, or missing items based on reasonable repair or replacement costs.

SECURITY
Exterior security cameras may be in use. Please do not move, cover, or tamper with cameras or other safety devices.

Serious violations may result in cancellation in accordance with the booking platform’s policies.
