Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist großartig. Die Schützenstraße ist grds. ruhig (Wohnung liegt zudem nach hinten raus) und die Nähe zum Strand sowie Innenstadtbereich hat überzeugt. Die Wohnung selber hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen (moderner Look, Dachterrasse, etc.).
Kritikpunkte: Keine Lösung um Fahrräder unterzustellen sowie kleinere Mängel, respektive Abnutzungserscheinungen, über die man aber hinwegsehen kann.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dieser Wohnung und buchen diese nun schon seit 4 Jahren 2x im Jahr. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr moderne und hochwertige Einrichtung. Ein Highlight ist die super schöne große und sonnige Terrasse. Für uns aber das allerwichtigste ist die Qualität der Matratzen, die bekommen von uns die Note 1.
Der gute Service am Kunden durch die König ist einmalig und nicht mehr zu toppen!
