In this lush, green setting, you’ll find eight separate holiday apartments, each ranging in size from 60 m² to 70 m² and accommodating 3 to 5 guests. Each apartment has its own parking space and is ideal for families and couples seeking relaxation and comfort in a central location.

The Alte Stadtgärtnerei combines the best of both worlds: a quiet, green atmosphere and proximity to the bustling Friedrichstraße, which, with its diverse shops and restaurants, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach is also only about 500 metres away and invites you to enjoy relaxing days by the sea.

Eine tolle WOhnung in einer super Lage. Sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Tolle Größe und Zimmeraufteilung. Küche wirklich prima mit allem was manbraucht ausgestattet. Bad klasse, sogar mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Der kleine Balkon ein absoluter Gewinn. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Abwicklung und der Service mit König-Sylt sehr freundlich unkompliziert und klasse. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub!
