1. Die Schlüsselübergabe fand nicht befriedigend statt. Es Hatte einen Wechsel von Wilhelmstr. in Elisabethstraße stattgefunden, der den Kunden
vorab nicht bekanntgegeben wurde.
2. Die Ortslage der Pension war nicht mit einem Ortsplan bekanntgegeben, für uns nur schwer zu finden.
3. Die Fenster waren im Randbereich verschimmelt - der Grund war für uns nicht erkennbar.
