Die Fewo ist einfach toll! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles andere sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr großzügiger Stauraum, was in vielen Fewo einfach fehlt. Die Aussicht von dort oben ist einfach grandios. Egal wo man sich in der Wohnung aufhält, man hat immer Blick auf die Nordsee und über einen Teil von Norderney. Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen.

Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist kurz. Geschäfte und Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür. Besser geht nicht.

Tolle Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, es fehlte an nichts. Einzig das Sofa ist etwas unbequem zum sitzen, zum schlafen haben wir es nicht genutzt. Die Lage der Wohnung und die Aussicht vom Balkon sind unschlagbar. Toll, dass ein großer Tisch und Stühle, und sogar ein Deckchair, auf dem Balkon stehen. Schade, dass es nur einen Fahrstuhl im Haus gibt. Da kommt es schon mal zu Wartezeiten. Und bis in den 12.ten Stock ist es schon etwas mühsam zu Fuß. Dennoch ist diese Wohnung absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung mit ihrer Raumaufteilung und Einrichtung ist praktisch durchdacht, gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen super tollen Ausblick auf den Strand und das Meer. Erfahrungsgemäß sind in Ferienwohnungen häufig nicht genug Haken zum Aufhängen von Waschlappen, Handtüchern im Bad und Küche vorhanden. Aber selbst an Saugnapfhaken war in diesem Fall gedacht worden. Viele nette kleine Aufmerksamkeiten verschönerten uns den Empfang in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, das Wohnumfeld ist sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieteragentur war sehr angenehm. In allem kann ich die Vermieteragentur und diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, optimal ausgestattet und in unùbertrefflicher Lage. Der Ausblick ist sensationell. Kurze Wege zum Strand und in den Ort. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und bietet zwei Personen alles was man benötigt. Bei "Schiettwetter" bleibt man im Bett und schaut aufs Meer.
