This incredibly cosy, fenced-in holiday home is situated on a lot of approximately 870 square metres, with its own carport and unobstructed views of the flora and fauna extending to nearby forests, all set in a beautiful landscape.
Look forward to a tastefully decorated, naturally wood-paneled, and comfortably furnished “holiday chalet” in a dreamlike location.
It meets all modern standards for comfortable living. The wooden house features two sun terraces, a spacious living and dining area with a fantastic panoramic view of nature, and access to the garden. The house is situated in a very quiet location with a small pond. Here you can enjoy the silence, the tranquility, and the breathtaking views. Relax alone or as a couple with a glass of wine under a clear starry sky or while watching the sunset at the sturdy dining table on the porch. Who wouldn’t want that?
On colder days, a wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth in addition to the central heating.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. You’ll find plenty of dishes, high-quality silverware, pots and pans, glasses, a dishwasher, a stove with a warming drawer, and a refrigerator with freezer compartments. A coffee maker (filter size 1x4) with a keep-warm carafe and a Senseo coffee maker are provided, as well as a toaster, a kettle, and an egg cooker.
A cosy and inviting bedroom awaits you, featuring a double bed (160x200), a large wardrobe, and a patio door leading to the garden. The beds are made, and towels are provided.
There is also a small but charming bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest bathroom.
A beechwood staircase leads up to the loft, where you’ll find a quiet spot and a small sitting area. Wi-Fi is available.
Our house is a non-smoking home, but you’re welcome to smoke on the terraces. Ashtrays are provided.
The idyllic setting is perfect for relaxation. The chalet is also an ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, and much more.
Enchanting, peaceful, green—a place to be happy, where you can let your mind wander.
