ONE THING TO NOTE The AC cooling function is currently being serviced through a builder warranty process. The home has been comfortable — air circulates well and evenings cool down nicely — but I don't want to overpromise until the repair is complete. This is reflected in the rate. If a technician visit is needed during your stay, I'll coordinate it in advance around your schedule.
