Holiday Apartment with Sauna, Mountain View, Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

The apartment Catrin with sauna, renovated in September 2025, is located on the 2nd floor of a house in Ried im Zillertal and is the ideal holiday apartment for up to 16 people. The apartment is optimal for up to 10 adults and 6 children.



Both in summer and winter, the accommodation is the perfect starting point for mountain adventures. After a day in the Zillertal mountains, you can relax in the new wellness area with Swiss pine sauna, infrared cabin, heated bench and relaxation area. Sauna and shower towels are available free of charge.



In winter, use of the sauna is included in the room price. The wellness area is open daily from October to April from 5 to 8 pm, but remains closed in summer.



Aroma treatments are available on request and for an extra charge.



You will be personally welcomed with a homemade schnapps to start your holiday in a relaxed way.



The small but charming village center of Ried offers a supermarket, ski rental and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. Ried im Zillertal is a family-friendly holiday destination. The forest playground is about 150 meters from the house. The stop for the free ski bus to the Hochzillertal ski area is about 100 meters from the apartment.



Clothes racks and bread roll service are available on request. A coin-operated washing machine is available in the house for a fee. A ski depot is provided.



An e-charging station is located directly in front of the house.



House rules: No parties, no bachelor parties, no pets. Quiet hours from 10 pm. Non-smoking holiday apartment. No ski boots in the apartment (ski cellar in the basement). No loud music allowed in the apartment.
