Sehr ansprechendes Haus

Welches wir nur empfehlen können. Einrichtung und Sauberkeit haben uns gut gefallen. Es war alles da, was für einen angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt wird. Jetzt im Winter haben wir die Sauna im Anbau genutzt und die sichtgeschützte Terrasse für die Abkühlung danach. Die Lage im reinen Wohngebiet ist angenehm ruhig und die in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbare Pizzeria können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Reservierung ist erforderlich!! Rundum eine erholsame Auszeit für uns und eine Empfehlung für andere Interessenten.

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Grundschulkindern drei Tage Anfang Januar in dieser Unterkunft und wir haben selten ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus erlebt, wie dieses. Die Einrichtung ist absolut vollständig, für 4 Personen wirklich ausreichend und sehr gut durchdacht. Wir haben nichts vermißt, weder in der Küche oder im Bad noch zum Reinigen. Hinzu kommt, daß es wirklich überall sehr sauber war. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Matratzen des großen Doppelbetts im Elternschlafzimmer. Das sind salopp ausgedrückt weiche Bretter ;-). Evtl. kann man da noch etwas optimieren. Und wer es nachts stockfinster braucht, wird ebenso leicht (!) enttäuscht, da die Verdunklungsplissees die Fenster am Rand eben nicht vollständig abdecken. Das hat uns im Winter aber nicht gestört. Ebenso haben wir den kleinen aber netten Garten auf Grund der Witterung nicht benutzt. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, aber trotzdem nur 10 Minuten Fußweg vom nächsten Einkaufszentrum entfernt (großer Supermarkt mit Bäcker und Schnellimbiss, dm-Drogerie, Schuhgeschäft, Woolworth, …). Zum Strand fährt man mit dem Auto ebenfalls nur etwas weniger als 10 Minuten. In ca 50 Metern Entfernung ist ein italienisches Restaurant, was leider während unseres Aufenthaltes geschlossen hatte, so daß wir nichts zur Qualität sagen können. Die Buchung und Anreise war problemlos. Schlüsselübergabe wurde via Schlüsselsafe ein paar Straßen entfernt gelöst. Ebenso war der Kontakt der Vermittlungsagentur sehr freundlich. Wir haben den kurzen Urlaub hier jedenfalls sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!
