It is located on the fourth floor of a rental house from 1926, overgrown with ivy and vine. An elevator is present. The apartment is equipped with a mixture of antiques and design furniture. Near the apartment you will find the Reichsstraße with multiple grocery stores from Aldi to bio-supermarkets, breakfast cafes and countless restaurants with international cuisine. The radio tower with the trade fair area and the ICC can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. You need 20 minutes on foot to the Olympic stadium and the Grunewald with Teufelsee and Havel. By subway, you can get to the zoo train station and the KaDeWe in 10 minutes.The Theodor-Heuß-Platz with a subway station and bus stops is 2 minutes away, the tramline Trade fair/ICC 10 minutes away. Free parking spaces in front of the house. Taxi from the airport Tegel about € 14.
