Super Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern. Absolut sauber, an Ausstattung alles vorhanden, freundliche Vermieter. Badeweiher mit Spielplatz fußläufig. Viele Unternehmungen im Nationalpark in kurzer Distanz mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Große, sehr saubere Wohnung mit Balkon in guter Nähe zum Kerngebiet Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Nachbarort und über einen fahrenden Bäcker.Auch bei nicht so gutem Wetter sind viele Ausflugsziele schnell erreichbar.Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft!

Einfach wunderbar

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Sie war sehr sauber, ordentlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man braucht nur seine Kleidung und Verpflegung mitbringen, denn vom Bügeleisen übers Nähzeug bis hin zu den Küchenutensilien ist einfach alles da. Sehr nette Vermieter, die bei Fagen jeglicher Art zur Verfügung stehen, aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich sind. Wir können diese Wohnung und auch den Ort nur empfehlen. Man ist schnell bei den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder bei Ausflugszielen. Dirkt gegenüber ist ein Weg zu einem Weiher und zu dort ist auch ein toller Spielplatz. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!!!

Ausstattung der Fewo ließ keine Wünsche offen (zB Fön und Wärmflasche vorhanden), unkomplizierter Check-In, Ausfluginfos und -tipps vor Ort, schöner Garten mit gepflegten Spielgeräten, mobiler Bäcker am Morgen (Mo-Sa) Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne FeWo

Sehr schöne Lage, Waldruhe, Spielplatz am Haus und zusätzlich in etwa 200 m Entfernung am Badesee eine kleine Tobe - und Entspannungsoase zu jeder Jahreszeit ☺️. Imposant ist das ebenfalls am See gelegene, riesige Hirschgehege, unweit davon kommt man zum waldgeschichtlichen Museum, was einen Ausflug für Groß und Klein absolut lohnt und zudem nichts an Eintritt kostet. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern/Verwaltern war super unkompliziert und stets sehr freundlich. Man konnte auch klingeln und wurde freundlich beraten. Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder. Für den Preis nicht zu toppen.

Komfortabel, großzügig, bestens ausgestattet

Eine gute Woche haben wir in St. Oswald verbracht und die großzügige Wohnung sehr geschätzt. Sowohl die Küche als auch alle übrigen Bereiche sind bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was wir uns in einer Ferienwohnung nur wünschen können.

Hat alles gepasst, gute Ausstattung. Als nachteilig haben wir die vordere Wohnung 3 in Nähe der Durchgangsstrasse empfunden. Auf dem Balkon war es tagsüber zu laut.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Ort. Für Reisen mit Kindern perfekt, da auf dem Grundstück ein Spielplatz vorhanden ist und ebenfalls ein großer Spielplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Zum Einkaufen fährt man am besten nach Grafenau, keine 10 Minuten Autofahrt. Auf das Bäcker-Auto war auch Verlass!

Tolle Wohnung

Die Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung bietet genug Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Es hat viele Küchengeräte wie Spülmaschine, Eierkocher, Toaster. Besonders die Ausstattung für Kleinkinder (Gitterbett, Wickeltisch, Hochstuhl) ist praktisch, um Gepäck zu sparen. Garten mitbenutzung und eigener Balkon sind ein echter Pluspunkt, sowie der Auto Stellplatz direkt am Haus. Viele Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung. Sehr nette Vermieter

Alles in allem sehr schön.

In dem Haus sind 4 Wohnungen, das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Wir waren im 1. Stock mit drei Kindern und unserem Hund. Vom Hund hört man bei uns nix, von den Kindern schon, die Kleinste war ja noch keine 2. Am Anfang hab ich immer zu Ruhe ermahnt, aber dann hatte ich einfach keine Lust mehr. Also wenn in diese Richtung Beschwerden kommen, finde ich es daher einfach zu hellhörig. Wir haben die Nachbarn sich unterhalten gehört.... Nihct Wort für Wort, aber dass jemand spricht. Für den Hund war toll gesorgt, es gab zwei Näpfe, ein Handtuch und für jedes Sofa Decken - wobei unser Hund ohnehin nicht aufs Sofa darf....

Geräumige und schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und komfortabel ausgestattet. Ein ganz kleines Manko war, dass die Wohnung nicht richtig kindersicher war bzgl. Glasvitrinen usw. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig im Haus. Die Lage des Hauses ist ansich gut, man muss sich nur darauf einstellen, dass es außer einem Bäckerbus und gutem Italiener keine Läden im Ort gibt. Das heißt, das Auto muss für alles genutzt werden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und wurden jederzeit wieder kommen

Sehr gute Unterkunft in einer schönen Gegend

Die Ferienwohnung war toll, sauber, groß und mit allem, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Kindern benötigt. In der Umgebung sind sehr viele Wanderwege, im nahe gelegenen Grafenau findet man alle notwendigen Geschäfte und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Urlaub mit sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Gastgebern. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Toller Familienurlaub mit & ohne Schnee

Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren kleinen Kindern (1 & 4) in St. Oswald zu Gast und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. An einigen Tagen konnten wir rodeln und durch den Winterwald wandern, an den schneefreien Tagen in Grafenau (5 km) einen tollen Spielplatz im Kurpark genießen. Die Ferienwohnung ist tadellos sauber und für eine Familie sehr gut ausgestattet (Babybett, Hochstuhl, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, keine gefährlichen Treppen oder Kanten, Steckdosenschutz u.v.m.). Die Vermieter bzw. Ansprechpartner vor Ort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Preiswerte Wohnung für Autofahrer

Die Wohnung war absolut ok. Leider gibt es in St. Oswald keinerlei fußläufig zu erreichende Gastronomieangebote. Darum sind motorisch eingeschränkte Menschen bzw. Familien mit Kindern immer aufs Autofahren angewiesen. Einkaufen geht in Grafenau sehr gut, der mobile Bäcker muss an Sonn- und Feiertagen durch eine Fahrt nach Grafenau zum dortigen sehr guten Bäcker erstzt werden. Ebenso zu empfehlen sind in Grafenau der Fleischer Mayer am Stadtplatz und die Gastronomie Kellermann ebendort. Infos zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten findet man im Keller des Hauses, wenn man dort zwecks Mülltrennung hingeht. Hinweise in der Infomappe sind uns nicht aufgefallen.
