Cozy Apartment Ribis: 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Garden, STUBAI SUPERCARD

Our cozy vacation apartment in the Kampl district accommodates up to five guests. It features two bedrooms with double beds, one single room, and two bathrooms. The kitchen-living area includes a dishwasher. A small garden offers a pleasant space to relax outdoors and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Towels and bed linen are, of course, included in the rental price.

From May 16, 2025 to November 2, 2025, the Stubai Super Summer Card is included in the price – it offers numerous benefits such as free use of the mountain cable cars, free entry to swimming pools and museums, as well as complimentary use of public transportation throughout the Stubai Valley.

The location is ideal for both winter sports enthusiasts and nature lovers: cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, and the Schlick 2000 and Elfer ski areas are nearby. After an active day, you can enjoy local specialties at one of the many restaurants in Neustift's town center, just 2 km away.

The Stubai Glacier, a paradise for skiers and snowboarders, is about 20 minutes away by free ski bus or car. In summer, a visit to the nearby Kampler See is recommended, featuring a beautiful setting and a children's playground with swings, slides, a sandbox, and a climbing wall. The surrounding Stubai Alps offer fantastic hiking and mountain biking opportunities.

Whether with family or friends, our vacation apartment provides an ideal retreat to relax together after a day in nature and unwind in the evening. The nearby Stubay swimming pool offers 5,000 square meters of perfect conditions for swimming and relaxation, including a modern sauna area. Free parking is available directly in front of the property.

We had a great experience staying here for the weekend to explore the Stubai valley. Great little modest apartment. Host was very communicative, everything was smooth. Short drive to the main town and restaurants, and short walk to a grocery store and a few places to eat.

Great holiday home at Kampl

We ( three paragliding friends) had a great stay at this home with three separate bedrooms in Kampl. Very friendly owners and everything we needed was available. Only five minutes drive from the paragliding school and mountain lift at Neustift. Lots of other things to do in case the weather is not suitable fot paragliding.

Und hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment ist schön groß, gemütlich und sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke.Die Terrasse bietet einen super Panoramaausblick auf die Berge und die Umgebung. Wandermöglichkeiten gibt es zu genüge, ob auf die nah gelegene Alm, auf den Stubai Gletscher oder die Kristallwelten. Der Vermieter Klaus ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und gibt Tips was man sonst noch unternehmen kann. Wir würden auf jeden Fall widerkommen.

Wir waren drei Erwachsene, die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, so dass ohne Probleme 7 Personen Platz darin haben. Alles war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Brötchenservice ist super und der Vermieter ist sehr entgegenkommend und nett. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen. So kann man zwischen dem Stubai-Gletscher und Schlick2000 spontan entscheiden wo man Ski fahren möchte. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.

Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich, die Geräte quasi im Neuszustand. Zwei Schlafzimmer bieten alles was man zum Leben braucht zu jedem Schlafzimmer gibt's ein Bad.
