Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Allerdings sind die Fugen und der Korb in ..

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Allerdings sind die Fugen und der Korb in der Dusche stark von Schimmel und Kalk betroffen. Sowohl die Fugen als auch der Korb müssen dringend erneuert werden. Da es im Bad kein Fenster gibt, sollte vielleicht eine stärkere Lüftung eingebaut werden. Die angegammelte Dusche passt überhaupt nicht zur insgesamt gepflegten Wohnung und trübt den Gesamteindruck deutlich. Auch der Eingangsbereich ist durch eine offensichtlich seit längerem unbewohnten Nachbarwohnung nicht sehr einladend. Die Dusche haben wir übrigens während des Aufenthalts gemeldet.
