Stylish 2BR Retreat with Private Balcony Steps from the Ohio River

River & Rye is an updated two-bedroom apartment in the heart of historic New Richmond, a few steps from the Ohio River and Liberty Landing. Its open living area, full kitchen and private balcony make a comfortable home base for up to four guests.

The King and Queen bedrooms offer separate sleeping space. The apartment has one updated bathroom, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, and a kitchen with stainless appliances, an island, a drip coffee maker and Keurig. Enjoy coffee or fresh air on the balcony.

Step outside to explore Front Street`s restaurants, coffee, independent shops and riverfront parks. New Richmond Distilleries is in the same mixed-use building. Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky are within driving distance for concerts, sports, work and family visits.

The apartment is on the second floor and reached by an outdoor staircase. Private keypad self check-in begins at 4 p.m., and one dedicated parking space is available. Nearby business and event activity may sometimes be audible. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No parties or smoking. Pets require prior written approval. Check-out is 10 a.m.
No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco or marijuana products is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning and odor remediation charges.

No Parties or Events
Parties, gatherings, events, or unauthorized visitors are not permitted at any time. Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval is given.

Pets & Service Animals
Pets are permitted by prior written approval only. Please notify us in writing before arrival if an animal will accompany you. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees and possible cancellation of the reservation. Service animals are accommodated as required by law.

Please Take Out Trash Before Departure
Guests are required to bag and dispose of all trash in the designated outdoor dumpster prior to checkout.

Respect the Property & Neighbors
Please be respectful of neighboring residents and businesses. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or violations of house rules may result in immediate removal without refund.

No Illegal Activity
Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited and will be reported immediately.

Damage & Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear during their stay or missing items.

Checkout Time
Please adhere to the stated 10am checkout time unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Violation of House Rules
Violations of these rules may result in additional fees, termination of the stay without refund, and/or removal from the property.
