You can take a short trip to visit Isak Heartstone, the famous 15-foot wooden trail troll, or tackle the extensive mountain biking trail networks like the Peaks Trail. Nearby Dillon Reservoir is the perfect hotspot for summer boating, kayaking, and lakeside dining at the Frisco or Dillon Marinas. For panoramic views of the Tenmile Range, enjoy a scenic drive to the Sapphire Point overlook.
Getting Around:
A vehicle is recommended to easily explore the region and reach nearby trailheads, lakes, and downtown attractions. Our property features plenty of space for vehicles, accommodating up to 2 cars in the individual garage and 3 cars in the driveway. The home is an ideal starting point for day trips throughout Summit County.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Portable fans are provided for your comfort.
