Step inside where a grand foyer with soaring ceilings and open layout stands amongst such grand spaces as the formal dining room and living room with bar, plus sophisticated billiards room with pool table and darts, all drenched in natural light. Stunning light fixtures imbue a modern flair while the fireplaces add a five-star ambience. This two-story functional floorplan is exceptionally spacious with living room that includes a large comfy sofa nestled around a fireplace and large screen TV. There is also access to the backyard off of the grand kitchen which is bathed in gleaming granite counters with full height cabinetry and all stainless steel appliances.



The bedrooms are perfectly arranged across both levels, with one bedroom and a full bathroom downstairs, which is convenient for those who find climbing stairs a bit more challenging. Upstairs you'll find four additional bedrooms. Three bedrooms include a queen-sized bed, closest and desk. The final bedroom is the primary with king sized bed, large screen TV, dedicated seating area and ensuite bathroom with separate shower and spa soaking tub. A double-sided fireplace is shared between the seating area and bathtub, making for a relaxing evening between the flickering flames and bathtub jets!

Any unauthorized events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests found hosting such events will be charged a $2,000 fee. Additionally, if extra guests are present without prior disclosure, a fee of $100 per guest per night will be applied. Please inform us in advance of any additional guests to avoid charges.
