!Welcome to Upper Lusatia!! The lodging is located between the cities of Löbau and Zittau. The neighbouring town is actually the very well-known town of Herrnhut, where poinsettias are grown. The "Berliner Spree" river has its source 4 km from us. Also very close by (4 om) is the museum village of Obercunnersdorf, known for its 250 very well-preserved traditional half-timbered houses.<br><br>Adjacent to the house is a large garden with recreational facilities (chess, table tennis, swings, barbecue area, darts, large garden shed)—see photos!<br>Inside the house, guests can use a common room (with a heating surcharge in winter) featuring a pool table and a balcony!Our local mountain, the Kottmar, is located right nearby (583 m)<br>In the house, you can use a lounge (with a heating surcharge in winter) featuring a pool table and a balcony!<br><br>Please let us know your approximate arrival time one day before arrival! EV charging station available.<br>There is plenty of parking available.<br>Bicycles are available for rent!<br>Our area is wooded, quiet, and very rural.<br>Families with children are welcome!<br>Don’t forget your slippers.<br>A car would be useful here!!

Die Lausitz ist immer wieder einen Besuch wert und die herzliche und offene Mentalität der Menschen war auch bei unserem Vermieter mehr als spürbar.Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und den ganzen Aufenthalt über haben wir gemerkt, dass unser Wohlergehen dem Vermieter wichtig war.Die ganze Atmosphäre war einfach klasse.
