The Roßpointlehen is situated in a secluded location surrounded by meadows and fields, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains of the Berchtesgaden National Park.End the day with your loved ones over a glass of wine on the beautiful 10 m² balcony with an unforgettable view of the Watzmann ausklingen.In. Free Wi-Fi is available in our house. The car park is right in front of our house, and you can safely store any bicycles you bring with you. Leave your car at the accommodation and use the free public bus with your guest card. The bus stop is just a few metres away. An electric vehicle charging station is available.
For Watzmann enthusiasts! A 45-square-meter holiday apartment on the 1st floor for two people offers unforgettable holiday experiences. The apartment features a separate bedroom (with an extra TV), 1 bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, toilet, and towel warmer, a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining living-dining room, and a large covered balcony with a wonderful view of the Watzmann (evening sun). Wi-Fi is available in our rooms. Parking is located right in front of our house, and you can safely store any bicycles you bring with you. Leave your car at the accommodation and use the free public bus with your guest card. The bus stop is just a few metres away. An electric vehicle charging station is available.
For a relaxing holiday—central, sunny, and quiet. The lively town centre of Berchtesgaden, with its restaurants, bars, and shops, is about a 30-minute walk away. Restaurants such as the Kulturhof Stanggaß or Gasthaus Schönfeldspitze are also in the immediate vicinity. From May through October, our young animals graze with bells on our lush meadows.

Tolle Wohnung mit traumhaftem Watzmann-Blick

Eine großzügige Ferienwohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist um sich wohl zu fühlen: 2 moderne Bäder, je 2 Wohn- und Schlafräume und eine umfangreich ausgestattete Küche. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig (z.B. Handtücher, Bettwäsche & Matratzen etc.) und sehr geschmackvoll. Highlight sind die beiden Balkone von denen man eine grandiose Aussicht genießen kann. Durch die Lage am Ende einer kleinen Nebenstraße ist es erholsam ruhig um ein paar Tage zu entspannen. Bei Fragen ist die Verwalterin immer gerne um Hilfe bemüht.
