The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. The second bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed, making it an ideal space for kids or additional guests. A smart TV in the bunk room provides the perfect spot for winding down with a movie after a day on the mountain. A full bathroom is also located on this level, offering convenience and easy access to both bedrooms.

Upstairs, the home opens into a bright and welcoming great room highlighted by soaring vaulted ceilings, large windows, and beautiful forest views. Things to note:
- This property allows up to 2 dogs, please pick up after your pets
- No smoking ever allowed in the unit
- No house parties or large events / quiet hours must be abided by after 10PM
- Max vehicle parking: 2 (with permits)
- High elevation home - must have 4WD/snow tires or chains during winter
- All snow removal handled by HOA
- Must return parking placard at end of stay or incur a $200 replacement fee
- Skis and all outdoor sporting equipment must be stored in outdoor closet
- Must be 25 years or older to rent property
- Lost and Found items will be returned for a $25 fee plus the cost of shipping
