Great location if you're coming to Tuacahn Theater. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood and the house is as advertised, very comfortable and spacious.

This is a lovely home, comfortably furnished, near Tuachan Theater outside Saint George. The beds were very comfortable and it is really spacious. There were plenty of extra towels and the air conditioner worked great. It is about 25 minutes to drive into Saint George, but it is an easy drive.

Conveniently located for us for the Huntsman Game's. Would have been more enjoyable if property provided everyday essential items such as coolers, folding chairs (camping) assorted zip lock bags, tin foil, plastic wrap etc! Price paid average, location will definitely stay again, property not so much. 13 yrs with the Game's we definitely have seen everything!
