Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office use in the downstairs bedroom, which is equipped with a 24” monitor. The property also offers cable and satellite TV, featuring a 55” Smart TV in the lounge, as well as a washing machine. IPTV is available with a selection of UK channels.



The private outdoor area is a highlight, featuring a heated pool, a garden, an open terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The pool is heated from October to the 1st of May.



The home is located in a recently completed gated community at the edge of Ciudad Jardin in Playa Blanca, near the Marina and the Papagayo Beaches.



A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is also available on the street.



Pets are not permitted.



Bed linen and towels are provided.



Air conditioning is available in all three bedrooms.
