Villa Parkblick - Large maisonette apartment with a view

The holiday rental is high-quality and furnished with attention to detail, and can accommodate up to 5 people. The rooms are spacious, bright, and inviting. The 80 m² of living space is spread over two floors on the upper level in a very quiet location at the rear of the property.

The large bedroom with a double bed and space for a rollaway bed is located directly under the roof. The separately partitioned bedroom is accessible via an interior staircase and an adjoining gallery. On the floor with the apartment’s entrance is another bedroom with a double bed. This floor also features the large living room with a dining area, a wood-burning stove, and a spacious sofa set. The semi-open kitchen adjoins the dining area. There is also space under the interior staircase for clothing or sports equipment.

Two large balconies with seating and lounge chairs complete the apartment.

The holiday rental is equipped with a wood-burning stove, 2 satellite TV/VCR sets, a radio, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a new, fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. Bedding is provided for an additional fee (15 euros per set) and is already made up upon arrival.

Cots and high chairs are provided free of charge upon request.
