Nice place! Enjoyed chatting with the owner for a few minutes the second morning. Our dog enjoyed being able to be with us instead of in a kennel.Mary had left croissants and honey butter for us on check-in day too! It was really hot (100) the first day so it was a bit warm in the cottage, but cooled off and was a good visit. Our granddaughter was getting married so we didn't spend all our time there.Restaurants are not far away, and pretty good variety.

This small cottage is very cozy and was perfect for our long weekend stay. It is close to everything in and around Rocky Mount. The host/hostess was very nice to work with, and they even left us croissants and homemade honey butter!
