Vacation home for 7 people in a unique location at the foot of the dunes

This spacious, detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes is very comfortable. Its unique location is ideal. You’re just a few steps away from the beach or the town centre. The house itself, however, is located in a small, quiet park with several other homes.



The ground floor features a cosy sitting area, an open kitchen, and a bathroom. The bathroom has a beautiful bathtub and a double sink. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, and dishwasher.



The garden doors lead to the spacious backyard. It is not fully fenced. A washing machine is located in the utility room. Free Wi-Fi is also available.



The open staircase leads to the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms here. Two bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The third bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor.



Park de Seinpost has a car park; otherwise, the park is car-free. There is no through traffic. There is plenty of space around the house, including lawns and two small playgrounds for young children.



The village of Callantsoog has a cosy village square with a wide selection of restaurants. The beach is very wide—perfect for sunbathing or taking a stroll. If you walk up the beach access path at the Seinpost, you’ll reach a supervised section of the beach.
