Your Ocean Isle adventure begins at this gorgeous 4-bedroom condo located in the Islander Villa community. With beautiful ocean views and the beach across the street you will have all you ever wanted for a fabulous vacation.

This beautiful home has been given a complete makeover and is fully updated, stocked, and ready for your arrival. The Beautiful Day Beach House will make you feel like you never want to leave. With all the beauty that surrounds you in Ocean Isle Beach there are plenty of ways to stay busy or do nothing at all. You will be on the top floor of a 6 unit building with less than a 5 minute walk to the beach access, which is across the street or the Isles Beach Club, where you will have full access to the pool, tiki bar, and a wonderful restaurant all right on the beach. Don't forget to bring your pickleball set and/or tennis rackets, the courts are a short 2 minute walk away.

This villa is situated on the west side of the island tucked away in a safe neighborhood, very well suited for walking and riding bikes. Wake up and have breakfast outside at the dining table on the back deck while enjoying the beautiful ocean views or watching the many turtles in the pond below all while enjoying a stunning sunrise. By around 3 in the afternoon the deck is fully shaded and makes for a lovely place to snuggle up in the cozy egg chair and read a good book. We have some great book options to choose from in case you forget yours or just want to pick from our collection. Of course the deck also makes for a great place to enjoy a freshly grilled dinner from our grill or a wonderful night cap.

The common areas encourage togetherness. Hang out in the living room and chat, watch tv, or a movie while others are at the dining room table playing a game or putting a puzzle together. You will find lots of fun games to play and puzzles to put together in the entryway cabinets. Linens are provided as well as two sets of towels for each bedroom with the exception of the bunk room which will receive four sets. Speaking of the bunk room, there are two full over full bunk beds in this fantastic room. Most of the furniture throughout the condo was bought in the last couple years and each bed has a new mattress. I am certain you will find yourself very cozy while vacationing in our home. The kitchen is also well stocked. Our hope is that you will have all the appliances you need plus some fun extras to try while on vacation, like our homemade ice cream maker. There are extra blankets, plenty of pillows, and enough of the necessities to get you started as far as the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry items.


THINGS TO KNOW
*During summer season we only accept 7 day rentals (Sunday to Sunday) unless it's last minute and it isn't rented then reach out and I'll lyk.
*Deposits will be sent within 5 days after checkout.
*Onsite parties are strictly prohibited!!!
*We ask for you to be considerate of the fact that you are on the 3rd floor of a condo.
*TVs in all bedrooms and living room with streaming via guests personal accounts, also access to tv channnels via Roku app which is included.
*The Isles Club is open seasonally Memorial Day through Labor Day
*Parking for 4 or 5 vehicles (depending on size of vehicles) with additional parking at the tennis courts
*Tennis courts are available for your use
*Golf carts can be rented
*2 Adult Bikes (will need to provide your own helmets)
*We have tons of beach supplies- To name a few: Shibumi, Umbrella, Beach Toys and Games, Beach Towels, Chairs, Boogie Boards, Skim Board, Coolers, and much more!

*Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach is 45min away and provides for a wonderful day spent; we personally love the downtown area where you will find the Battleship North Carolina, some adorable shops, and wonderful eateries.
