PARKING



• Paid parking is available in the building. Please note that parking spaces are limited in the building on a first-come, first-served basis. If parking in the garage is unavailable, we also offer offsite valet parking.

• Parking fees: $45 + tax per day.

• Just a heads-up: parking spots are limited. You can secure your spot by booking in advance, and we'll provide detailed instructions on how to do so in your booking confirmation and check-in instructions.

• We may use video surveillance in public areas.

• We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities, feel free to text us through the app to know if it's available.

• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine.

• Also: Smoking inside the building including in the apartments are not permitted and could result in a $500 fine. Please use the assigned areas for smoking.

• Guest will need to present their ID at check-in to get the code for their unit.
