Perfectly located in the center of Georgetown. Quiet despite all activity surrounding this location. Would love to return.

Very comfortable and great location. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. The only negative thing i would say is parking, but we were here on 4th of July weekend.

Cute place

The place was very nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Only a few things we didn't like. The noise from people's footsteps walking around plus there is a restaurant downstairs. Also there are no smoke detectors in the place that we could see and the door to the place has a big gap at the bottom of the door. Also, the fact that you have to lock the downstairs door to the building kinda makes it a little unsecured. We actually came back after being out on Saturday night and the door to the building was left unlocked. But we loved the place itself. Just needs to be made a little safer.

The location is hard to beat for access to the Harborwalk and the Front St establishments. It is very clean and updated. The main area with the sofa and TV is combined with a galley kitchen with a full size fridge and stove. The balcony is between the main room and entrance to the shower area. It overlooks the park and a slice of the river. It has a small table and chairs but not very usable. As you exit the hallway there is a huge shower area. Make a U turn to the sink and toilet. The bedroom has a barn door closure on the right and has no windows. The access to the unit is up a set of stairs and down two hallways. We love Georgetown and visit any chance can. This location is perfect for a park and walk to everything in downtown.
