About this property

180sqm apartment with sea view, 300m to the beach, garden

This spacious apartment features a 30-square-meter balcony with a view of the Adriatic Sea. Our garden (which you’ll share with over 10 turtles) offers a cosy, family-friendly atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home.

We’re located in a quiet part of the small town of Biograd. Everything is within walking distance. The nearest beach is just 300 metres away, the town centre 800 metres, the bakery 50 metres, and the nearest “Aunt Ema” supermarket 200 metres.

The town itself is located in the middle of the Croatian Adriatic coast and, thanks to its location, is the ideal starting point for exploring Croatia. Most nature and national parks—such as the Kornati Islands, the Krka Waterfalls, the Plitvice Lakes, and the Velebit Mountains—are not far from us and offer numerous opportunities for day trips.
The historic cities of Zadar, Šibenik, Trogir, and Split are also not far from us and are definitely worth a visit.
We especially recommend boat trips to the offshore archipelago, which consists of over 150 islands and islets.
We’d be happy to give you tips for spontaneous excursions.

Großer Tisch, Sitzecke und Grill, was will man mehr.

Jederzeit wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr nette Vermieter, sehr guter Wein

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Last week we spent 5 days in the Penthouse apartment (7 persons) and liked it very much. We were very pleased by the layout and facilities of the apartment, the kind reception, location and views and we especially liked the big terrasse with view over the sea and the marina. Everything was as described, the apartment is fully equipped with all amenities, is climatized and has enough space for everyone, a well equipped kitchen, insect screens on the windows and a large table on the terrasse where everyone finds ample space. There's a charcoal barbecue on the terrasse, so we could grill fish and meat from the local market and drink the excellent house wines and liqueur. We'll be pleased to come back if we return to the region.

Great, spacious place in delightful Biograd

Property was lovely and as described in the pics. We rented the top floor and it was plenty of space for 7 of us. 4 bedroom, spacious living and dining and a fantastic porch overlooking the sea with a dining table and sofa. The garden area is beautiful and the kids loved the turtles. Karlo welcomed us and was very easy to work with. We were trying to decide between Biograd and Zadar for our stay and I'm glad we chose Biograd. Everything within walking distance, small town feel, lovely restaurants and beaches and an easy bus ride to Zadar when needed.

Beautiful place

We had a nice stay in House Makii. We stayed in the penthouse appartment. It was so clean and nice all over. The owner Nevia and her son Mareo are warm and wonderful people who will help you in any way. The Garden was wonderful with turtles walking around and a swing for our grandchild We would like to come back again! Nevia arranged a wonderful Croatian meal for us because of my brother in law's birthday and she arranged a fantastic boattrip to the Cornati islands.

Tolle Urlaubswoche
