House with a view of the ocean, just 30 metres from the sand at Ferradura Beach, in a great location with easy access to the beach—no need to go up or down any steps. Pets are not allowed in the house, not even small ones. We have a pool, a steam room, a barbecue, and ocean views from the deck, the living rooms, and the bedrooms. The house is close to the centre of Búzios, about 5 minutes away. The house was designed in the Búzios style by a famous architect. Included: 1 housekeeping assistant, *water, gas, 200-thread-count sheets, bath towels, and beach towels. Not included in the rent: electricity usage for the stay, personal hygiene products, cleaning supplies, and food. <br>All 4 ocean-view rooms are on the second floor and 1 is on the ground floor; all feature en suite bathrooms, reversible air conditioning, and king-size or single beds. Some rooms feature a safe, minibar, TV, and hair dryer. Wi-Fi, a 50-inch smart TV in the living room, and breathtaking views of the beach.
