The apartment is in an old motel, but it still had everything that we needed for our stay. It was very clean. It was within walking distance to everything in downtown Littleton NH. The driveway is a little steep so keep that in mind if you plan on walking and have difficulty walking up hills. It was a great value! Overall, I would recommend this VBRO.

We wanted a walkable location to the downtown area. We were able to walk to all of destinations with ease. Bed was very comfortable. Water was hot. It was nice having a separate living/bedroom area. The microwave and refrigerator-freezer were fully functional and nice to have during our stay to keep leftovers. It was also very convenient to the areas and towns we wanted to visit while having our home base in Littleton.
