Just 50 feet to the beach! “Our Island In The Sun” has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, new hot tub (professionally maintained), fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV in every room, spacious decks, outdoor shower & rec-room with ping pong table. Spend your days on the beach & your evenings in the hot tub under the moonlight, over looking the ocean with the sound of crashing waves & a warm ocean breeze. Super relaxing!

Three bedrooms (queen, queen, pyramid bunk - twin top/double bottom -with a twin trundle) and two full baths (one is ensuite master.). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need and there is a large dining table to gather round for meals and games. The deck boasts a brand new hot tub, plenty of seating and a barbeque grill. On the lower level is a laundry room with supplies including a full set of beach towels for guests' use during their stay. The spacious rec-room is on the lower level for even more fun with a ping pong table and a smart TV. In addition to off street parking, there is a garage. You will also find a corn hole set and everything you need for a day at the beach - cart, chairs, umbrellas, cooler . . .

The experienced 5-Star Hosts pay close attention to detail to ensure your comfort and convenience. We provide bed linens, bath towels and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash in every shower.

The cottage is amazing because it is located on beach road in Kitty Hawk and has amazing views. It is perfect for a family or group of friends who want to park their car and just walk across the street to the beach. Then at night - continue to enjoy the ocean from the deck and in the new, hot tub!
