Schöne Wohnung - jedoch Wartungsstau

Wohnung befindet sich in einem Dachgeschoss in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Ausstattung ist völlig okay. Parkplatz vorhanden. Angetroffene Bewohner sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Guter Blick und Standort. Für Kleinkinder ist mindestens ein Stuhl und Bestellbett vorhanden, jedoch ohne Matratze. Die Infos konnten ggf in der Ausstattung ergänzt werden. Wir haben alles selbst mitgeschleppt. Generell gibt es etwas Wartungsstau und kleinere defekte in der Wohnung. Diese wurden auch von uns weiter gemeldet, jedoch kam darauf keine Reaktion. Des Weiteren wird verlangt, dass man die Wohnung besenrein (Staubsaugen) verlässt. Finde ich bei einer Reinigungspauschale von 140€ etwas untypisch. Denke die Wohnung ordentlich zu verlassen sollte selbstverständlich sein aber für alles weitere bezahlt man meiner Meinung nach die dafür vorgesehene Pauschale.
