During the renovation, emphasis was placed on natural materials and on the preservation of the original building fabric. The quiet location and the proximity to the festival town of Bayreuth make this house a relaxing retreat during a festival stay or invite you to hikes and sightseeing in the Franconian countryside. The Unesco World Heritage Margravial Opera House Bayreuth invites since 2018 to a visit. It is the most beautiful and best preserved baroque theater in the world.
