Farm Location

This is a very large apartment and would work great for a larger group than just the two of us. The location is what makes this place special, you are on a real farm in the countryside but there is a village minutes away for anything you need. For the tow of us it was the perfect Black Forest stay.

Great farm experience

We had a great time, the apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We loved the terrace with a view of the forest, the chickens and the goats. Our two teenagers adored the three kittens that came to visit us. We bought lovely cheese and sausage in the farm shop. We only stayed for three nights, but wish we could have stayed longer. We only did one hike, but there were plenty opportunities to do more

Valley view cottage recommended

Nice decent size cottage with 2 spacious bedrooms. 2 nice outdoor areas to sit of which one covered. Beautiful farm animals as neighbours. Nice garden. Friendly hosts with great tips about the area. Farm shop with great cheese and typical Black Forest smoked ham, simply delicious. If you're going to stay here, you should definitely have dinner in Gasthof Schütten at least once. It is only 7 minutes by car. Great staff, good food and deinks at reasonable prices.

Nette Ferienwohnung/Wunderschöne Umgebung!

Ich bin alleine mit meinen zwei kleinen Kindern dort gewesen.Für die Kinder war es wunderschön.Am liebsten mochte die größere den Stall mit den Kühen,Ziegen und Schweinen. Es ist auf dem Hof sehr sauber und gepflegt. Küche war gut ausgestattet allerdings wäre eine Küchenwaage noch gut gewesen und ein paar Standart Gewürze .Staubsauger wäre noch nett gewesen allerdings war ich zum ersten Mal in einer Ferienwohnung und habe deswegen noch keinen Vergleich zu anderen.Ein Besen war allerdings vorhanden.Ohne Auto ist man ein wenig aufgeschmissen.Man kommt trotzdem mit dem Bus in die Stadt.Da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind war es sehr gut und nett das wir von den Hofbesitzern abgeholt wurden. Herr und Frau Winterhalter sind aufjedenfall mit Ihrem Hof empfehlenswert.Auch den Hang direkt in den Wald ist sehr schön.Leider kommt man nicht weit mit zwei kleinen Kindern . Vielen lieben Dank

Einfach entspannt Urlaub machen....

Wundervoller Ort zum Erholen. Tiere zum Bekuscheln und Versorgen, wenn man möchte und die liebsten Vermieter auf der Erde. Ein absoluter Ort zum Herunterfahren und Entspannen mit genügend Ideen für Unternehmungen in der Nähe. So manche Katze klopfte sogar morgens ans Fenster.... Zu all dem hatten wir das große Glück, sehr liebe Mitreisende kennenzulernen. Es hat alles gepasst! Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr freundliche Wirtsleute. Wir durften in der Käserei und beim Melken über die Schulter schauen und den Bauern mit Fragen löchern. Unser Enkel war von den Katzen begeistert, sowie vom großen Trampolin (wir Erwachsene übrigens auch). Im Sandkasten entstand eine riesige Burg. Die Wohnung hatte die richtige Größe, wir durften ein Raclette ausleihen und der Käse vor Ort schmeckte so gut, dass wir einen Vorrat mit nach Hause nahmen. Auch den Grill durften wir mit bereit gestelltem Holz benutzen. Draußen gibt es auch mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Standort ist ideal für Ausflüge an die Vogtsbauernhöfe mit Sommerrodelbahn, nach Freiburg oder in den Europapark. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub

Alles war wie beschrieben. Großzügige Wohnung , nichts hat gefehlt . Die Produkte aus dem Hofladen haben uns super geschmeckt. Besonders das frisch gebackene Brot. Unsere Kinder waren von den Tieren , dem Stall und vor allem vom Heuboden begeistert. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Vielen Dank an Herr und Frau Winterhalter.

Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof

Ganz tolle Vermieter immer freundlich und hilfsbereit konnten uns überall hinbewegen für das Kind 4. Jahre war das mithelfen im Stall ganz toll.Herr Winterhalter war sehr geduldig und hat alles erklärt Käserei und Hofladen war alles sehr lecker und alles aus eigener Herstellung. Kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Ecke, toller Hof

Wir waren als Familie auf dem Dorerhof. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Umgebung ist wirklich schön. Für die Kinder gibt es auf dem Hof einiges zu erleben: melken, Stall ausmisten, Traktor fahren, Kühe auf/von der Weide bringen, im Heu verstecken usw. Besonders spannend fand ich die Käseherstellung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne große Wohnung.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Der Bauernhof mit tollem Angebot an eigenen erzeugten Bioprodukten Käse, Schinken, Wurst und leckeren Schnaps usw. eine sehr nette Familie. Eine tolle Führung durch die Käsezubereitung. Alles wunderbar.

Schwarzwald ist einfach schön

Nun ganz kurz gesagt, wir haben uns für die Wohnung "Thalblick" entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Wohnung ist schlicht und einfach eingerichtet, in der Küche fehlte für unsere Verhältnisse nix, nur ein Minuspunkt habe ich bei der Lage abgezogen. Grund dafür ist der der Verkehr vorm Haus auf der Bundesstraße. Diese ist wirklich hoch frequentiert und da wir zu dem das Glück des schönen Spätsommer 's hatten, waren natürlich auch eine Menge an Motorädern unterwegs und dann die Fenster offen zu haben, nåja. Aber dafür können ja die Vermieter nix, welche im übrigen sehr, sehr nett sind. Ansonsten sind viele kleine Städte relativ schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen, viele Wanderwege in der Umgebung und auch Ruhe.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, komplett ausgestattet, mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien. Super Produkte im Hofladen, alles was man braucht. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöner Urlaub

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Lediglich die Lage an der Straße sowie ein paar kleinere Mängel im Bezug auf die Ausstattung (zB sich ablösende Silikonabdichtung an der Duschtrennwand, fehlende Fliegengitter in der Küche und Bad sowie unvollständige/ beschädigte Geschirrteile) wären von unserer Seite aus Tipps zur Verbesserung. Aber das waren wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Der Empfang und der Kontakt mit den Besitzern war von Anfang bis Ende sehr freundlich und sowohl der Hof als auch unsere Ferienwohnung waren ordentlich und liebevoll ausgestattet. Und sie hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für Wünsche und Fragen.

Netter Bauernhof mit sehr gutem Hofladen

Wir haben bei unserem Urlaub die Natur mit diversen Tieren und einem schön angelegten Bauerngarten sehr genossen. Ganz besonders haben uns der selbstgemachte Käse und der Schinken gefallen! Sehr lecker!
