LUXURY HOLIDAY HOME "VILLA SOLYMAR" WITH PRIVATE HEATED POOL AND AIR CONDITIONING
Enjoy sea views from the rooftop terrace at Villa Solymar, a 115 m² single-level home accommodating up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one en suite, plus a garden with a private heated pool.
This three-story villa features a living room with TV and streaming services, a large comfortable sofa, and a dining table for 6. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher (detergent provided), oven, and Nespresso coffee machine (10 capsules included). There is a spacious entrance hall, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), and an extra WC on the ground floor. Next to the kitchen, the laundry room includes a washer/dryer (detergent available), iron, and ironing board.
Outside, relax in your private garden with a heated outdoor pool, 4 sun loungers, covered terrace, rooftop terrace, and 2 private balconies. A charcoal barbecue is available.
The villa offers 2 parking spaces in a secure area right in front of the house.
Just 250 meters away are two large supermarkets, and several restaurants are within walking distance.
Pets are allowed upon prior request and for an additional fee.
Beach and pool towels are provided. A high chair is also available.
