Quiet neighborhood. Great location unless you want to be in the thick of it. The house was clean and spacious with all the amenities you could ask for. Very close to downtown and the interstate so getting around the city was fairly easy. If you are doing something downtown, this place is worth the look!

It was an amazing stay. We are Houston natives and enjoy staying downtown when we get the chance. My girlfriend turned 25 this last weekend and we couldn’t have picked a better place for it. The house was amazing & the host is a great communicator. Only thing is the neighbors are extremely sensitive to any type of noise outside after 10pm and will not hesitate to call HPD on you. Otherwise it was an awesome mini vacation.

The house was very nice! The rooms are spotless and there were plenty of utensils for us to use when we arrived. The only drawbacks we had were the situation with the hot tub and having to smoke out front. But overall, these were pretty minor.
