Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Check out by 11:00AM.
- Place towels and sheets on the washer in the wash room.
- Place trash on the back balcony.
- Turn off all lights (except security lights) and AC units
- Ensure all dishes are clean prior to check out.
Do not put dishes away, they will be sanitized by house keeping.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
*No Smoking of Tobacco or Marijuana on the Premises* ($500 USD cleaning fee for smoking)
- Keep doors to the exterior closed
- Keep all gates closed
- Government issued ID for all adults needed before check-in
- Park midsize car in garage
- Turn off AC units when away
- Do not disturb neighbors
- When AC is in use, keep all windows and doors closed.
- Do not force open locked doors (eg attic)
