Welcome to Royal Riverside Villa near Kazbegi — a luxury private villa with panoramic mountain views and a peaceful riverside setting.
The villa offers 7 master bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, a large swimming pool, 2000 sq.m. private yard, 790 sq.m. living space, fitness and relaxation area, kids’ trampoline, laundry room, spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and parking for up to 7 cars.
At the end of the yard, there is a separate large riverside terrace with a fireplace, BBQ area and outdoor dining space — perfect for peaceful dinners, private gatherings and special celebrations.
Guests rent the entire villa and enjoy full private access during their stay. Airport transfer, food delivery, private chef, BBQ and cultural evening arrangements can also be organised upon request.
A dedicated local villa manager will be available to assist guests during their stay.
