The high-quality renovated spacious old brick house is ideal for up to 2 families with children (11 beds, 5 bedrooms, wood-heated sauna in the garden) or musicians who play on the Steinway B-grand piano.
It is beautifully situated on the edge of the village on a large property with lots of fruit trees, right on the slope of the vineyard. From the windows and from the garden there is a very nice view of the hilly fields.
The cobblestone road is hardly used and leads to the Behrendsee, 1.5 km away.
Behind the house you can go up the slope to the high swing, which offers a magnificent view of the fields while swinging. If you climb the steep slope even higher, you get along the edge of the forest to the viewpoint, which is at least 111 m high and offers a great view all around the Uckermark landscape.
Only 2.5 km to a good swimming area on Lake Sabinensee with a large jetty and a small beach for the children (bike 10 minutes, car 4 minutes).
