Fully renovated 3BR/2BA retreat in Waterville Estates with high-end finishes throughout! Relax in the private hot tub or cozy up by the indoor gas fireplace after a day on the slopes at the on-site ski mountain. Enjoy incredible amenities including 2 indoor pools, 2 outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness center, arcade, and seasonal restaurants. Close to the White Mountains’ top attractions, hiking, lakes, and ski resorts year-round!

PLEASE NOTE:

Waterville Estates is a resort village tucked in the heart of the White Mountains. On-site amenities include:
2 indoor and 2 outdoor pools, all heated
indoor and outdoor hot tubs
locker rooms, fitness facilities, game room
multiple dining/bar options
pond for fishing/kayaking and swimming with diving raft
tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts
6 plus miles of walking/hiking/snowshoeing trails

Vehicles with 4wd/AWD are very strongly recommended for traveling throughout Waterville Estates in the winter, as the mountain roads are steep and often snow covered

one pass to the rec center is included, day passes will need to be purchased for remaining guests. We only allow 10 guests in the cabin, so only 10 guests will be allowed entry into the rec building.
