The host was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay. This is an efficient space and the window AC kept us cool during a very hot weekend stay. At base level, we needed a roof over our heads while we were in town and this satisfied that need.However, I noticed some inconveniences that even as a seldom VRBO user seemed unusual. First, there was no basic welcome to the property and expectations/FAQs document either digital or provided on site. That included location of commonly access items, and check-out procedures.Second, the wifi network and password were not available until requested. Even then, the password was incorrect and required more messages and time to confirm. Third, while we didn't choose this space to watch TV, the TV and associated Netflix/streaming services didn't work. My 9 year old would have liked to use the TV to watch some cartoons when we took breaks from the heat. The property manager said that someone could come look at it, but to our knowledge no one came and the TV was essentially useless. Fourth, the towels we used left lint all over our bodies post shower. It made me think they had not been washed after purchasing, but I can't confirm. However, the hand towels did still have the little plastic string keeping them rolled up that we had to break to unroll and use. Very unusual.
