3BR/3.5BA Plantation Club Villa /Sea Pines/Short Walk to Beach

Excellent choice for your family vacation. Two pools (each with baby pool) on premises, one is just steps from your front door. Walk out onto private backyard patio overlooking the Atlantic Dunes golf course (formerly known as Ocean Golf Course) . A 15 minute walk will take you to the most beautiful beach in South Carolina. Stay late and enjoy the sunset and live entertainment at Sea Pines' private Beach Club. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. In season, ride around Sea Pines on an old-fashioned trolley - it's free!

Townhouse-style Villa: Upstairs contains three spacious bedrooms, each with it's own private bath.

NEWLY REMODELED KITCHEN and BATHS.

Bedroom No. 1: MASTER BEDROOM has a balcony overlooking Atlantic Dunes Golf Course; king bed, dressing area with two large closets plus linen closet, double sinks, full private bath.

Bedroom No. 3 has two twin beds, two large closets, full bath.

TWO HOURS FREE TENNIS DAILY (one hour of reserved court time in the a.m.; plus one hour 'walk on' tennis in the afternoon) at South Beach Racquet Club.

Perfect location for a quick getaway

This was our 4th trip to HHI in as many years with some of our best friends and this was by far the best rental we have found. The setup of bedrooms and full baths was absolutely ideal, and the central location made this place just about perfect.

This condo is a gem within Sea Pines, and it’s no wonder. Cathy was a great host and in communication with us throughout our stay. The condo was well stocked, the rooms were comfortable and it was very clean. We loved it so much we booked it for next year while we were still vacationing!

New Years in Hilton Head

Perfectly clean and the best location we have found so far. Easy bike ride to both Sea pines gates, South Beach and Harbor Town. Everyone loved having their own private bath. Comfy beds and the Kitchen was very well stocked with a great sized fridge. We will definitely book again!

The property is located in a great area, we rode our bikes to the beach every day! There was plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out. The condo itself was a bit outdated and it wasn't super clean. Our feet were black on the bottom from the floors, so we tried to aleays keep our shoes on.

I'm shocked. Everyone has always said how nice and clean it is. Possibly, since your booking was Tuesday to Saturday (July 15-19) and you said you arrived Monday (July 14) - possibly it had not been cleaned yet. I have a new cleaning service. I will check with them. I'm just shocked and so very sorry I did not see this review until now. Villa is not outdated. I just had it updated. Everybody else loves it.

Why they chose this property

Our family has been enjoying this villa for decades and now our grandchildren are creating memories here! Some of our favorite things to do are to bike all over Sea Pines (especially to see the animals at Lawton Stables), take a boat ride to see the friendly dolphins, beachcomb in the morning for shells, check out the stars from the beach at night, and always head to Hudson's at sunset for a beautiful night!
