We liked this room. It could use some updates but it worked well for us. We were excited that the pool was salt water. The beach access is very convenient. The window in the bedroom could use a blackout curtain, since the outside lights are on constantly, making the room bright at night.

Great communication with the host, clean property, nice view of the pool and ocean from the balcony. Overall, perfectly fit our needs.If I had to have a complaint, it would be that the pool closes at 6pm, a little earlier than we are use to. Certainly that is not a reflection of the host, it’s a rule for the condo. Would certainly book again!

We were very disappointed with this condo. Door code did not work, we ended up having to call the number provided, they advised using the default codeCONS: * Air-conditioning was nonexistent in the bedroom, made sleeping impossible * Only 4 bath towels, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel for 4 people* No extra bedding the barest minimum of old motel type bedding* Shower/tub combo metal fixtures were oxidized green or rusting, bathroom exhaust did not work at all; it was like being in a tiny sweat box * All the pans were old and outdated* They provided only 1 roll of the generic paper towel, 2 generic dishwasher pods, one laundry pod and 1 roll of toilet paper and only 1 garbage bag * Coffee pot was rusted and rust particles in the water* Dining table was so gross they covered it with an elastic plastic table cover* Zero effort was put into this unit except what was required to keep the place operating.* Beach chairs provided were rusted or broken, stored in a closet off the balcony that has a broken door.Pros:* Pool was clean and nice, the lounge chairs had nice cushion* Location to beach, basically the only real Pro about this place

The location is the only thing I could give five stars on. Nothing like traveling and looking forward to a week at the beach only to walk into the unit that was stifling hot, humid, and smelled like mold and mildew. The thermostat was at 80 degrees and no air conditioning. We contacted number that was given to us, and some type of general manager was there within 45 minutes to show my husband the unit that was leaking like a sieve, Freon, and further to show him the rust and terrible condition the unit was in. Our check-in was at 4 PM. We wound up sitting in a parking lot in our car trying to solve. Finally at 6:30 PM, 6:45 PM. The people said why don’t we go and enjoy a dinner and give them time to solve. Response to that suggestion was “and where will we sleep tonight?” it was then that we were connected to the next level and we were told that there may be a chance they could put a Band-Aid fix on it. But the guy who said there was no way they could get this unit up and running during the week that we were scheduled to be there. The unit was just in such disrepair. We were willing to allow them to give us another unit or find another place for us to stay having traveled all the way to the beach and ready to start our vacation. After 15 minutes, they told us there were no units available. They would refund. So sat in a car, a parking lot, in early August prime time, and nowhere to stay. Our only week carved out all year for a getaway. DO NOT BOOK SEATIME CONDO UNITS!
