The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Hunting & Fishing: Please don't put fish remains, animal parts, or other remains in the trash or on the property. Bag and freeze them, and let us know where they are stored. We’ll handle disposal.
Please return the temperature in the fall/winter to 60°F and spring summer to 75°F and remember to sign out of any apps on TVs that you may have logged in to.
Please return any outdoor cushions to the deck box on the back patio.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not open the electric panel unless in the event of a power outage. Report any accidental breakages or damages before checking out.
Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels low between 10 PM and 8 AM. This includes music, and conversations in outdoor areas.
Please be aware that our property line runs along state owned woods and across the back yard tree line. The state lands do contain poison ivy.

Perfect home for our family with spacious rooms with plenty of extra pillows and blankets which is rare! The back yard was beautiful and made for fun nights around the fire. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything you could need. We would love to visit this home again!
