The Space:

Gather your crew and settle into a home that genuinely has room for everyone - seven bedrooms, multiple living spaces, a private pool, and full resort access, all within Solara Resort in the heart of Central Florida.



Sleeping arrangements

Seven bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests across nine beds. On the main floor, one bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and a second queen bedroom near the entrance offers easy access. Upstairs, four more bedrooms include king and queen configurations - two with ensuite bathrooms - and two additional bedrooms with twin beds share a Jack and Jill bathroom.



Indoor living

The layout gives every member of your group their own corner. A main family room with a flat-screen TV is built for movie nights and casual downtime, while a second living area provides overflow space for larger gatherings. A dedicated movie theater room takes evening entertainment up a notch, and the game room offers a go-to spot when energy is high. A washer and dryer are included for added convenience, and the home is stocked with bed linens, towels, hangers, and a dedicated workspace - practical touches that make longer stays genuinely comfortable.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of dishes and silverware. With two indoor dining areas, there is space to sit down together whether it is a quick breakfast before heading out or a full meal at the end of the day.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool and hot tub set within a patio surrounded by outdoor furniture - Florida's climate means both are enjoyable year-round. A BBQ grill rounds out the outdoor setup, giving you an easy option for al fresco meals without leaving the property.



Solara Resort

Beyond the home itself, Solara Resort delivers an impressive range of shared amenities. The water complex includes a wave simulator and splash pad, while sports courts and a large fitness center keep active guests occupied. The grand clubhouse houses an ice-cream parlor and bar for those moments when you need a break between activities. Free parking on premises is included.



Getting around

Solara Resort places you squarely in the middle of Kissimmee's theme park corridor. Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld are all within a short drive, making this home a practical base for families and groups planning full days at the parks.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is (1) spot designated in the driveway but you can park in the parking lot adjacent to the property.



The Neighborhood:

The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool.



Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can workout in the large fitness center at the clubhouse.



At the end of the day, you might find your teens at the teen hangout center where they have already made new friends. If they’re not ready to leave just yet, that’s fine too; hungry tummies will soon find their way over to the bar & grill where you’re already chilling with a drink.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a front door bell camera and another camera pointing to the driveway.
