This high-quality and comfortably furnished holiday rental for up to 4 people is located on the 1st floor of a building with an lift in a super central location, just 300 metres from the dike.

The apartment features a spacious living and dining area with a large L-shaped sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV, as well as a beautiful dining table with four comfortable chairs; an additional high chair for children is also available. The separate kitchen is well-equipped, including a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and an air fryer.
There are two bedrooms; one is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, while the second bedroom has two single beds, a chest of drawers, and another TV.
The shower room, which has a window, features underfloor heating and a washing machine.

All windows are equipped with pleated blinds (in the bedrooms for blackout purposes), and the entire apartment features new, modern laminate flooring.

Pets are not allowed. A cot and high chair are available free of charge in the apartment.

The holiday rental is located in Norddeich, a popular coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea. Centrally located, the wide sandy beach, the harbour promenade, and numerous recreational activities—such as the seal sanctuary, the Ocean Wave water park, and mini-golf courses—are all within easy walking distance. The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for excursions into nature. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
