From here, you can reach the idyllic harbour, the twin windmills, and the town centre—with its historic house facades and picturesque 17th-century alleys—in just a few minutes. There you’ll also find a wide selection of restaurants and shops that invite you to linger. The wellness centre, the children’s playground, and the playhouse are also nearby.

This allergy-friendly holiday home (non-smoking) features 3 bedrooms: 2 double beds (2x 90x2m on the ground floor and upper floor) plus 2 single beds (90x2m on the upper floor). The bedrooms are equipped with exterior blinds and fly screens. From the children’s room, you have a wonderful view of the canal. The children’s room also has a second TV (81 cm). The floors in the bedrooms are laminate. The house has 2 bathrooms with showers (one on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor). The shower has a low threshold. Both upstairs bedrooms have a TV outlet for a TV you might bring along.

The ground floor is fully tiled and has underfloor heating. The large, light-filled living-dining room is tastefully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, egg cooker, oven, refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, hand blender, baking pans, and much more.

There is a micro hi-fi system with CD/MP3/USB; the TV (satellite) is equipped with a slot for pay TV (please bring your own card).

There is an iron, ironing board, clothes rack, and a hair dryer. The bathroom on the ground floor has a washing machine and dryer.

Fly screens are installed in the living/dining area as well as in the bathroom.

The terrace is furnished and includes 6 garden chairs and a parasol.

A garden shed (e.g., for storing your bicycles) is included with the house.
In addition, a shared dock on the canal is available for use.

A parking space is located at the house.

Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the holiday home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and a variety of excursions.
