This high-end furnished apartment (completed in February 2022) offers a beautiful view of a tributary of the Greetsieler Sieltief. The light-filled living area, featuring a large U-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV, is perfect for relaxing moments with the whole family, as a couple, or even on your own. You can step out onto the furnished balcony directly from the living area.

Adjacent to this is the dining area, featuring a dining table, six chairs, and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and materials and includes, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, and other essential kitchen utensils.

Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed, another flat-screen TV, and ample storage space for your luggage. Adjacent to it is the bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large skylight.

The attic features a converted studio with two single beds and another flat-screen TV.

The living area and bedrooms are equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows and built-in electric blinds. In addition, the entire apartment is fitted with high-quality ceiling spotlights. A washing machine is also available.

Dogs are also welcome in this apartment!

The apartment comes with a parking space; in front of the building, there is a lockable garden shed with charging capabilities for your e-bikes/bicycles. If needed, additional, non-assigned parking spaces are available at Grachtenpark I.

There is a communal dock that you can use, for example, to launch your own boat.

Effective immediately, we can offer you charging stations for electric cars at the Greetsiel Grachtenpark (for a fee based on usage); however, we cannot guarantee permanent and unrestricted availability.

The "binnen un' buten" and "Sielzeit" accommodation is located in the same building; other accommodation in Grachtenpark I include "An't Grachten," "Grachtenblick I," “Grachtendrööm,” “GrachtenGlück,” “Grachtenrefugium,” “Haifisch,” “Hampton Huus,” “Zinnenhuus 1,” and “Zinnenhuus 2.”

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodation is available for rentals of five nights or more with no fixed check-out day.

The holiday apartment is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled within the idyllic waterways of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location right on the canals offers a unique view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it's just a few minutes' walk to the historic town centre with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbour. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing holiday by the water.
