Casita Gardenia-fantastic views from the heart of Conil

This charming townhouse was extensively renovated in 2018 and now offers all the comfort of a new building in one of the oldest districts of Conil. Here the fisherman still praises his fish in the backyard and children play in the pedestrian streets. The terrace of the house offers a fantastic view over the beach and the old town of Conil and is equipped with sun loungers and a dining area. There is also an outside shower to cool off above the roofs of Conil. The two bedrooms each have double beds and modern ensuite bathrooms. On the first floor there is a spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen. Both bedrooms, as well as the living and dining area are equipped with air conditioning. The HD TV also receives German programmes via satellite and there is free "high-speed" Internet access via fibre-optic cable or Wlan. On the second floor there is also a cosy sitting area with a panoramic view. The two floors are connected by open stairs, so that the house is not recommended for small children.
